Personalized Coin Display!

Hello, fellow coin enthusiasts!

I recently got my hands on an interesting tool and wanted to share it with you all. It’s a custom coin board a friend of mine made to make sorting coins much easier. Isn’t that awesome? He’s really into foreign coins and often sorts through massive amounts, but struggled to find the perfect setup for doing this while watching TV.

So, being a carpenter, he headed to his workshop and built one himself!

And what a masterpiece it is! It’s a perfectly sized tray with 5 rows and 10 slots, making it incredibly convenient to sort coins while relaxing on the couch and indulging in your hobby…

I’ve been testing it out myself, and it’s fantastic!

My friend showcased one of these boards at our coin club meeting, and when I asked how I could get one, he jokingly replied, “What do you have for trade?” 😉

Well, after some bartering, he now owns a few early 20th-century type coins, and I have this wonderful coin board featured here! A win-win!

There are so many ways to use this tool, and as a BONUS, it makes storing and transporting coins much simpler, too!

Although we might wish for endless hours to spend on our coin collections, life doesn’t always allow that. Whether you have just 15 minutes or a full hour, you can easily start a sorting session. Just pull out the tray from a safe spot, and you’re ready to continue without the hassle of setting up again.

This board truly makes sorting coins more enjoyable and comfortable. Huge thanks again to my friend for sharing one of his creations with me and for giving me a tool I’ll be able to use for many years to come.

Happy collecting!

P.S. If anyone’s interested in getting one of these boards, let me know, and I’ll check if he’s open to making more. Just be ready to trade something good! 😉
